I studied Natural Science at university, where I developed a systems-thinking mindset rooted in how natural environments work. Today, I apply that foundation as an AI Customer Experience Engineer, training conversational AI systems, identifying failure patterns, and building smarter human-AI interactions. G-AI is where both worlds meet.

From Maluku to the Energy Grid

During my university studies, I collaborated on a community project in Maluku to bring locally sourced natural products to market. It was my first real lesson in how technology and local knowledge can empower underserved communities. That experience never left me. It's why I'm now building AI tools focused on Indonesia's energy transition, where the stakes for rural communities are highest.
